[/quote] I used to be a sleep away camp director, but it really wasn't sustainable. The spring is such a busy time with getting camp ready and hiring staff, it was REALLY tough to do that while teaching full time. Basically you have no weekends from late March until summer, and then in the summer you're working 24-7. I burned out after a few years.[/quote]
