I used to do a few weeks of camp at the school where I worked before I had kids. I also used to be a leader for People to People and would travel for several weeks during the summer. Now that I have kids, if I did summer camp I would have to put my kids in camp and I'd end up ahead-- but only about $200 week before taxes. Not worth it. I'd rather spend the time with my kids. I do miss the traveling but maybe someday when my kids are older I can think about it again. [/quote]
