Well we haven't evolved much out of murder, anger, territoriality, and a whole bunch of other things. Survival and reproduction are basic, biological needs to any creature.

But I guess there's no point in arguing science with someone who doesn't want to understand it. But FWIW, There are social advantages to forming a wide variety of romantic and sexual relationships with your peer group, from a survival standpoint. That would include within the complex social structure that humans have.

Sure, humans can discern but it doesn't change biology. You can also teach a left handed person to write effectively with their right hand. It doesn't make them any left handed from a biological/ physiological standpoint. [/quote]
