I looked up BH last night and it actually does not spell out the nitrates online. It says to call the 1800 number for further inquiry, lol, and in the FAQs section it has links to why nitrates are ok in deli meat...so I am confused. I actually might call to get more info because BH seems like a great option but I want to know a little more about the nitrates, etc. If I get more info I will post back![/quote]
