New poster here. What does it have in it? I just looked up the all natural roasted turkey and it doesn't have nitrites. No msg. Just wondering what else to avoid.

I will buy my kids just about anything. And yet, no matter how much begging he has done, I cannot bring myself to buy Lunchables. Have you looked at what is actually in Lunchables. Ick. Applegate Farms in the vacuum sealed packs are slimy. But, if you are at Whole Foods, buy it from the deli counter and it's much better. Not slimy at all and flavorful. I also buy a lot of Boars Head. So yummy.
