No, I don't think I would be forced to leave without child or stay illegally. They could order 6 months per year in each country, but it doesn't make sense in terms of school. Since I am the primary caregiver, and H is now digging himself deep in this s..t (ordering me to leave with child, not planning to visit, etc), I think they might award vacations at dad's and primary time at mom's. I am not a lawyer but this is my reasoning based on what I have read so far. [/quote]
