Not so sure about college, unless the student plans to continue their education. If going directly into the work force, I really can't imagine a potential employer asking for this information. I'm sure it happens somewhere out there, but it has to be the exception. I've been out of college for over 25 years and have had multiple jobs and not once has an employer asked me for my collge GPA.
