My former next door neighbors didn't secure their wifi, which worked great for me because ours was always going down. When I casually mentioned it to them, they didn't see any reason to secure it. And they were both lawyers! I guarantee that's what's happening here. Try it yourself, OP. Go stand where the taxi parks and see if an unsecured wifi connection is available.[/quote]
