Not too long ago, I was trying to make an appointment with a teacher in our HRCS. I called the front office many times from home, was acknowledge politely by ast name ( my last name must have showed up) and was put on hold for about 10 minutes every time before getting disconnected. I do understand it's a school , and things can get busy; but I was calling during the day, not first thing in the morning or during dismissal. So I tried to outsmart the receptionist. I borrowed my co-workers's mobile phone, called and was able to make an appontment in less than 2 minutes giving my middle name.[/quote]
