This is "at will" employment meaning the person can quit at any time and can be let go at any time except in the instance of discrimination which is not the case here. I've worked for companies where the president very willingly fired anyone he felt was not pulling his/her weight. He was crazy as a loon but he's allowed to do it.[/quote]
