PP do you celebrate your birthday?  I mean it is kind of pedestrian, no?  Everybody has a birthday and you have one every year.  What makes that day so special?

There is nothing wrong with celebrating the small things.  My son started K this week and it made me think that this is just day one of many.  13 years of school mornings ahead but this was the first (I don't count pre-k).
I think that is something to celebrate.  And next year the first day of 1st grade will be celebrated as well.
