I'd say no, for these reasons:

This exactly. It's more about the fact that he's got too much going on, and if he doesn't, then he is a deadbeat dad. 4 kids by 3 different women in his mid 30s means he wasn't very careful, and I wouldn't think his judgment was was very good. Honestly, once you have those first 2, you start buying some condoms!![/quote]
