God operates outside of time, time is a constructed created for Man, something we can understand in our human existence, God is Spirit, and operates outside of that construct. Yes, I believe in what you would probably call the 'supernatural". There is a level of physical existence, natural laws, and there is a higher plane of Spiritual existence that supercedes natural law. They can both exist.
