I have never seen an ethics complaint go through in DC  unless it was severely egregious - no one is going to get slapped on the wrist for being a b*@#! (and as many of these people think - OR MORE LIKELY MR. FSBO/REDFIN - WE ARE)!

As you stated in one of your previous posts, it makes me sad to see what people say too, but again, I think it's just the bitter guy in AU Park who is mocking his neighbors for supposedly "over-paying" for a very nice house.   I hope they don't invite him to their house-warming party!

Finally, to the OP, call the agent's manager and tell the manager how rudely you were treated!  You have never come back to state what happened but I would love to hear it.  I cannot stand agents that treat people poorly and give the rest of us a bad reputation.  AT LEAST turn him/her into their own firm!!![/quote]
