[/quote] OP, Aren't you aware that some charters are so desirable, that families IB for JKLM, Deal, & Wilson choose the charter instead? Not many, but not unicorns, either. Look at Washington Latin, Basis, Washington Yu Ying and LAMB. [/quote]
