I would be concerned if you just hear "beautiful decorated" as feedback. who cares about the decor, it's the only thing you really do nor care in a house since it does not convey. when I was looking for a house "nice decor" would have meant I did not like the house.  [/quote]

This PP was talking about agents saying it's well decorated, not potential buyers.  It does matter that your house is well decorated.  That's why sellers use stagers.  Buyers have crappy imaginations so good decor helps.[/quote]
