It's shocking to me considering the updates we have and all of the positive feedback we've been getting from agents and potential buyers. Everyone told us our house would "fly off of the market." That hasn't exactly happened. We had a broker open where 20 brokers showed up. The feedback from that open was that the price was reasonable, so we went with it. Every single agent tells our agent that the home shows well and we've heard comments such as "beautiful decorated" and "nicely done." It's so frustrating and incredibly difficult to keep our house clean with small children.
I would be concerned if you just hear "beautiful decorated" as feedback. who cares about the decor, it's the only thing you really do nor care in a house since it does not convey. when I was looking for a house "nice decor" would have meant I did not like the house.
This PP was talking about agents saying it's well decorated, not potential buyers. It does matter that your house is well decorated. That's why sellers use stagers. Buyers have crappy imaginations so good decor helps.

Tell that to the other eight buyers who bid on the place I have under contract and lost.

is this it? I don't know why it's sitting - I'll buy right now and I'm not even looking. so cute! is the street busy?
http://www.redfin.com/MD/Silver-Spring/815-Philadelphia-Ave-20910/home/10953281
how far from the metro? maybe clutter and lighten things up a bit? looks cramped and dark in the photos.
http://www.redfin.com/MD/Silver-Spring/8412-Queen-Annes-Dr-20910/home/10963786
comes across as a bit outdated - kitchen, rugs, etc. I'd maybe paint the exterior all one color to make it more cohesive.

I don't care for the exterior, but the interior looks nicely updated.

Not sure there's much to do with any of these at this point aside from lowering the price.
Hope it sells soon, OP!
Only home #2 has a good school district
