[/quote] I think this is a fair point, but in more than 20 years I have yet to come across an applicant that was involved in any collaborative church group, collaborative charity group or collaborative club on a daily basis. This points to the unique experience that team sports offers. Also, in many legal or business jobs, there is a very competitive aspect that can’t be replicated in non-competitive collaborative ventures. I think the Forbes article is spot on. [/quote]
