Not that they don't deserve the opportunity but otherwise they would be looked over. Many children are looked over of all ethnicities this is why the entire program needs a major overhaul. FCPS keeps putting patches to parent please and the whole program is a mucked up mess! They need to strip it down to the top 1% only and start over. [/quote]
