I'd take Two Rivers. I think it's everybody's dream school. Lee might be great but it's untested.
2R isn't our dream school, we didn't even apply.
+1 What's with all the TR love? Any test scores to back this up? I'm sure it's fine, but "dream school" is putting it on a bit thick, no?
From their website: "Two Rivers was ranked in the TOP TEN of public schools in DC by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education in 2012. For the second year in a row, Two Rivers was awarded a TIER-ONE, or HIGH-PERFORMING, designation by the DC Public Charter School Board. Only 16 elementary and middle schools received this prestigious ranking, which is based on student academic performance and growth, attendance, and re-enrollment. In 2011-2012, Two Rivers Elementary School students scored the SECOND HIGHEST among charter elementary schools in DC, achieving 73% proficiency in math and 74% proficiency in reading on the state test. Two Rivers Middle School students improved their math proficiency to 69%, an INCREASE of 15 percentage points over the previous year, and were number five among schools in the city for reading with a proficiency of 69%."
