It's VERY easy to tell when an egg is bad, as they smell bad. [/quote] Really, we color our eggs, then I put them in the frig. They are out some Easter night because the Easter bunny hides them. But then me and dh have egg salad with them and hard boiled eggs for our salad. Why not eat them? Hard boiled eggs last a long time especially if you refrigerate them.[/quote]
