She really doesn't know anything about cooking as someone pointed out (on Pioneer Woman Sux?) that in a post about canning she used the wrong end of the tongs, which isn't horrible, but you could drop a jar of something into boiling water. That and she made some other major canning boo-boo like changing the recipe in a way that affected the pH (NO!) or not processing it long enough. Ina may be a snob (I don't have cable and I've never watched), but her recipes have always worked out very well for me.[/quote]
