Ina's recipes are always awesome.  I have never gone wrong with any of them.  I think her show is pretty eye roll-worthy though.  It's all, "Oh, we live in the Hamptons, let's invite some of our fabulous wealthy friends over for lunch, let's make sure we use the GOOD olive oil, oh and here's my ADORABLE husband Jeffrey."   Well, la-dee-da.  But I just thought of her as another affected rich lady, until the Make-A-Wish fiasco, when I kind of lost respect for her.[/quote]
