There are legitimate families applying for the spots. Time for you to move on. [/quote] Are you sure your friend was IB w/ sibling? I just looked at the lottery results from last year. The no. 1 person on the waiting list was OOB w/ sibling, which means all in-boundary people got in immediately. [/quote]
