[/quote] Churchill gets some traffic from people on Chain Bridge Road heading to Georgetown Pike/495, but other streets in that area don't get much traffic. Again, we spent a fair amount of time driving and walking around that neighborhood when we were looking at homes in McLean a few years ago, and it seemed like a nice neighborhood. [/quote]
