In addition, the resident who insists on making Halloween an indication of day to day life there? Really? Anyone can trick or treat there. I have seen carloads of children being dropped off. Plenty of neighborhoods have great trick or treating. That doesn't make me or anyone who has been warned properly actually want to move there. Let's keep things in perspective. This sounds suspiciously like the Pimmit Hills poster. Which is fine for some people, but certainly not for most; and especially not for those who actually have choices.
