Hugs to you. I think there is hope for your family.  I can understand your situation...don't try and solve everything at once. Sometime life and time will make your path clear to you and these things resolve by presenting solutions to you.

The bedroom my MIL stayed in was off our kitchen. It's kind of hard trying to have another women doing your duties although at times it helped. But it was getting to the point that it wasn't my home anymore. I hated for her to go in our room for anything. I don't need you to wash our clothes and make our bed. Stick with doing things for the kids. At times she would criticize what I fix the kids for dinner, when they have been eating these things before she moved in. DH is the only child and this may be the problem.[/quote]
