I agree. I went to visit them and they do have nicer house than other in home daycares. But it's still the basement, and they also told me the price was about $2k a month for an infant for 50 hours a week. Yikes, that was a bit too high for me and I passed, especially since the location wasn't that convenient for me either. But Carmen was a wheeler and dealer type, I could sense that even at the first meeting. Seeing the fake postings here for advertising, I'm glad I didn't go with them. If she lies to self promote, it makes me uncomfortable that she might lie about other things as well. It's too bad, because the other lady working there I forget her name was really nice, seemed kind, and she seemed to really care for kids.[/quote]

Interested in knowing when you visited. When I did, they didn't have any kids enrolled...that was a deal breaker for me...didn't want my kid to be the first. It is a nice house in a nice neighborhood, but the price, as you say, was high. [/quote]
