ICE is not going to be an exhibit for an infant. Walk around the shops in Alexandria with an infant and toddler? Have you actually been to the shops there? First, very few have anything you want to browse with an infant and toddler in tow. Almost none can accommodate a stroller or a walking toddler without direct, constant supervision. There is one small playground in Old Town that would work for a toddler but I wouldn't waste time and money taking a water taxi to try it out.[/quote]
