I would agree generally with this and yes, I do think women have the upper hand in choosing a partner (for a relationship or even just for sex).  But the problem is that too many ladies, at least in this town, are still chase after the wrong guys and overlook "the nice guys" who themselves are successful, good looking and well balanced.

Just reading through the countless threads on DCUM about how women have ended up in dysfunctional relationships, why they keep falling into the same trap and so on, makes me wonder (with amazement, and yes even a bit of jealously now that I'm dating again) where are these attractive and well adjusted ('normal') women?[/quote]
