Ditto for the Gaggenau dishwasher in our last house -- it washed dishes really well and I really liked the organizational features, but once it started leaking because of a bad seal and a misaligned door -- hundreds of dollars in repairs.

I did like the SubZero fridge in our last house, although a bottom freezer is not my favorite at all. Repair wise though we had few problems with it in 7 years, and it had probably been put in 5-7 years before that. Only once had to replace the line from the water filter for the ice maker. The GE Monogram we had put in ourselves in our previous kitchen sucked -- it wasn't top of the line, but it was an expensive counter depth fridge with a double wide fridge and side by side freezer. Loved the layout, but it was a lemon.[/quote]
