Where in gods name does your friend live? What kind of neighbor videotapes an has soil samples taken? Jesus. 99.99999% of the time no one is getting fined for spraying legal weed killer on their property. Sounds like your friend trespassed and dumped chemicals on what must have clearly been a batshit neighbor. I'd say your friend was the idiot.[/quote]
