They are on this kick to raise expecatations/ raise the bar for everyone which basically means crappy reviews across the board. I can't quite figure out what they are trying to accomplish aside from lowering morale. This is management consulting and my clients uniformly love me. My company, apparently not so much. I was ready to quit last week but will try to tough it out til I line up something else. [/quote]
