I have 2 children that attended Beverly Farms grades K-5 and are not doing extremely well at Hoover. They had a range of age level in their teachers and all were caring, bright individuals. I still have one child at Beverly Farms and she has experienced her second year in Curr. 2.0. I am finding that she has a deeper understanding in math and loves to read. Her teachers have been great with working with small groups of children and sometimes the classroom has another teacher of support teacher in the room to work with different kids. I'm surprised to read about the parent that is so dissatisfied. This has not been my experience at all. It's a great school, with great kids, teachers, administration, and families. I'ver never heard anything bad from people that send their kids there. You may want to visit and form your own opinion. I think you will find a great school.
If you think Beverly Farms is so great, then why do you suppose your 2 kids at Hoover are not doing extremely well? My two kids had the same experience when they went to Hoover. They said kids from Wayside and Potomac had more background in Social Studies and Science because of what they were taught at their schools as compared to Beverly Farms. Many kids from Beverly Farms also were pulled back and had to repeat a year of Math because they were not at the level Beverly Farms indicated they were.
