Yeah, but it's the exception in North Arlington but the norm in Pimmit Hills.  Not to mention the existing housing stock is better in North Arlington.  Until the quality of new homes in PH is consistently better than this, any comparison of PH with North Arlington neighborhoods is a farce.[/quote]

Do you seriously think PH is going to be a better investment than NA? On what planet? I just can't see large numbers of people being so interested in the McMansion crapshacks that sprout like mushrooms after the rain in PH. That neighborhood is just hard to look at with all the seriously out of scale houses on the lots.[/quote]
