[/quote] OP here, was just talking about this last night with DH. The aftercare provider told the parents about the change initially and they said they are trying to figure out alternatives. Ultimately it will come down to what they can work out. However, I like to think with community action MCPS would be willing to either reconsider OR not charge an arm and a leg if this is really a push to start charging for a service they currently provide in an effort to save money rather than a true capacity issue. Regardless of what happens, parents are locking in childcare arrangements now for Fall 2013. We do need to know what gets worked out sooner rather than later.[/quote]
