Yu Ying's are much better.  It also has a higher rating on Greatschools and a higher rating from the PCSB.[/quote]

Yes, [i]significantly[/i] better.  There is only data for 2 grades, because YY has only administered the DC CAS for 2 years (this is the 3rd, but obviously those results aren't in yet, as they're taking it this week).   The scores are 15% to 30% higher across the board.[/quote]
