I would rate Montgomery County as the most diverse. No race is a majority and there's double digit percentages of African-Americans, Asians, and Hispanics.

Loudoun is as diverse if not more so than Arlington.

Crime is down nationwide. The DC area would be no exception.

NP here.  Well, when Montgomery County is listed as 63.6% white, I would say that is a racial majority.  The 48.7% non-hispanic white is not a racial division.  Whether the individuals are hispanic or not, they are still Caucasian.  They are also culterally Latino, but that is their ethnic origin.  They are still racially Caucasian/white.  So I agree with the "What?" poster who questioned how you can say that no race is a majority when the statistics that you quoted yourself say otherwise.[/quote]
