You make no sense. If kids aren't fully understanding the math or science questions (which are in English) they still aren't going to do as well on those parts of the test. Even the problems that are just numbers could be challenging if they have difficulty understanding how to master the operations because they don't understand their teachers' explanations. My English speaking daughter sometimes misunderstands the question sometimes...imagine if you misunderstood it often.[/quote]
