OP, I'll echo the praise for Bonnie Brae and Middleridge, both of which I'd personally prefer over Fairfax Club Estates and Country Club View but only by a smidge (I don't love split levels/split foyers). On the Fairfax City side, Country Club Hills, Daniels Run Woods, and even Fairfax Villa might suit you. Old Hickory Farms off Roberts rarely has homes for sale but has a similar vibe.[/quote]
