Just understand this. When you’re feeling distressed about this situation your mind can create scenarios and make you think of possibilities that are simply not true. What we think, when our mind is in distress, is almost always not true. You simply don’t know the why. Find a way to stop circling the drain with negative self talk. [/quote]
