The problem is more this is an easily accessible medication if you have unlimited funds. There really are no regulations as to who is getting it as long as they are paying for it. For example, I do actually need it for specific hormone levels that have been completely regulated by it. But all it took was one telahealth appointment where they asked my stats (weight/height) but there was absolutely no real checks up on that.
