Change of plans.
Dulles Airport and Ebola Travel Restrictions The U.S. government has ordered all U.S.-bound flights from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Uganda, and South Sudan to land only at Washington–Dulles International Airport for enhanced Ebola screening following a rapidly spreading outbreak.

No visa-based travel from those countries either. Lockdown starting and we have to hope it’s not too late.
It isn’t effective. We know travel bans such as this do not work. The spread is already happening and people have already traveled. The incubation period is longer than a few days and therefore can be missed. In fact, it’s damaging to prevent humanitarian aid from entering the affected areas, to prevent protective supplies and disinfectant and tests from entering is simply ridiculous and foolhardy. They are running out of these things as I write this.
