Are you wearing makeup? If not you need to start. We lose color and contrast in our face as we age. Light makeup helps sooooo much. A medium coverage liquid foundation plus blush and bronzer/contour, and filling in your brows, will be so helpful. Before doing any of the “higher commitment” plastic surgeries, have you tried just regular old Botox and facial fillers?
Is there a face tanner that does anything close to this?
Not quite sure what you’re asking. You don’t need a “face tanner.” Get a regular ol medium coverage liquid foundation. Foundation recs are so personal and it’s going to depend heavily on your skin type and what type of coverage you prefer. But something like Makeup Forever HD Skin could be good. You can always go to Sephora and try a few on the back of your hand to see what they “wear” like. I use a cream blush and bronzer (Dibs beauty desert island duo) and the Anastasia brow pencil to fill in my brows.
Foundation is frankly not a good look on mature skin. I think the less makeup you wear as you age, the better.
You need to find the right one and that gets harder as you get older and have more skin concerns. But no, a good foundation that fits your skin type is far better than bare aging skin.
