Nobody is willingly going to Arkansas unless you are in a neighboring state or have family there. Southern Utah Spain Ireland
Only ignorant people say this. Combine a great trip to Arkansas with sites along the way in TN. Beautiful nature, great history and delicious food.
What is the fixation here with Arkansas? Is it the new Ritz Carlton Dorado Reserve?
I think maybe people watched Ozark and thought "I didn't realize there was any pretty scenery there"? I grew up in Dallas and knew a couple of people who had family lake houses in Arkansas but other than the fleeting idea of how exciting it would be to find a diamond on the ground at the National Park I can't say that vacationing there ever crossed my mind. That said, you can make a week-long trip to almost anywhere fun if you're in the right frame of mind. Just go somewhere to see it! We had a blast in Albuquerque when we went to the balloon festival (alas, not in the Spring); my daughter still talks about that trip.
