Presence (minor must be in the presence of parents) 2. Premises (must be on the same premises lawfully occupied/owned by the parents) 3. Permission (must have permission from parents who have knowledge of their minor child consuming alcohol) 4. Parents (you can only decide for your own children, not their friends); and 5. Patrol (you have to be personally active in monitoring everything from start to finish) [/quote]
