If some of this is new and/or what was represented will likely happen isn’t happening (counselor said kid will very likely get into x, for example, and that fell through) and/or kid worked hard for 4 years towards y and now realizes that hope is likely gone…then it is normal to take a little time. these things can take a little time to adjust but start looking at the positives if where the kids may go.[/quote]
