There were three of us on the call, and all of us had been slammed by the medication to the extent that we could barely eat and needed help figuring out what best to eat to get all nutrients in when we didn't feel like eating. We let her know that in the chat. Every last one of us. And she said "Great to know!" and carried on rambling at us about how to avoid donuts and chips that none of us felt remotely inclined to eat. And the coach was clearly way out of her depth and had no ability to do anything but stick to the script.

A lot of these programs, in order to be financially feasible, tend to hold group coaching sessions that are focused on a topic that may or may not apply to anyone on the call. Total waste of time unless you luck out and wanted to hear about the topic. [/quote]
