(2) The entry list must show those relay teams that place first, second, third and fourth and those individuals that place fi rst, second, third, fourth and fi fth in individual events in a regional championship or who were certifi ed by the regional meet director as having met the qualifying performance times and/or scores for the state meet during the regional championship meet or in a regular meet as defined by the NFHS rules book.[/quote]
