I think that is because there is an Oak Hill ES. There are not too many schools with the same name for ES, MS, or HS. I can think of Herndon but that is it. [/quote]

There is an Oakton ES and an Oakton HS
There is Centreville ES and a Centreville HS
There is Herndon ES, Herndon MS, and Herndon HS
There is South County MS, South County HS (plus similarly named South Lakes HS)
There is West Springfield ES ad West Springfield ES (plus North Springfield ES)

There is also the very similarly named:
Annandale Terrace ES and an Annandale HS
Braddock ES and Lake Braddock HS
Fairfax HS, Fairfax Villa ES, Fairview ES, Fairhill ES
Forest Edge ES, Forestdale ES, Forestview ES
Franklin MS, Franklin Sherman ES
Greenbriar East and Greenbriar West ES
